Environmental Policy Statement
As a leading global manufacturer of vehicle components and other fabricated metal goods, it is the policy of Arvin Sango, Inc. to:
- Conduct our operations in conformance with, or to exceed, all applicable environmental laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we do business and other requirements to which we subscribe.
- Consider environmental impacts in business decisions and work with our suppliers, contractors and customers to address mutual environmental issues.
- Minimize adverse environmental impacts from our operations by conserving natural resources and reducing, minimizing, or eliminating the generation and release of pollutants to the environment.
- Include environmental responsibility and innovation as relevant factors in employment, retention and performance decisions.
- Maintain open and constructive relationships with regulatory agencies, public officials, and environmental groups.
- Evaluate our environmental management system and adopt appropriate objectives and targets, in order to achieve continual improvement.
